Bonjour, Hola, Hallo, Hello I am Maria-Inès.

I’m a French–Guatemalan Senior Brand Designer and illustrator, trained at ENSAAMA (Paris) and the University of the Arts London (LCC), with over 13 years of international experience. Based between Berlin and Paris, I specialize in brand identities, editorial and packaging design, as well as digital products and illustrations.

Over the years I’ve partnered with clients such as R/GA, BCG, Siemens, Job&Talent, Nilo Health and a wide range of start-ups in tech, fintech, HR, consulting and health. My expertise spans from strategy to execution: developing naming, storytelling, visual systems and templates that ensure brands remain impactful, cohesive and easy to implement across print, digital, campaigns and marketing.

I believe in the power of simplicity. My motto — “simple makes it stronger” — guides me in transforming complex challenges into clear, expressive design solutions. From initial workshops to final delivery, I enjoy working closely with teams to shape meaningful experiences that resonate with audiences and support long-term growth.

My journey includes editorial design for Wonderland, Man About Town and Rollacoaster magazines; agency work at Superunion (now Design Bridge & Partners) for clients like Audi, Lidl, Jägermeister and Henkel; and strategic brand design at BCG Digital Ventures, where I created a workshop format to define a complete brand in one week. Most recently, at Acatech (the German National Academy of Science and Engineering), I led the identity of Mission KI, a government-funded initiative around AI, introducing AI tools and design workshops to modernize methods and strengthen impact.

Alongside design, I teach Jivamukti Yoga in Berlin and Paris, exploring how movement and mindfulness foster creativity, clarity and resilience — qualities I also bring into my design practice.
